Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Service

Geo Agent analyzes websites, prompts, AI-search visibility, competitors, citations, and related signals to generate reports and recommended actions. Features, supported providers, limits, and availability may change as the Service develops.

3. AI-generated results

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Reports and recommendations are informational tools, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to act on them. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, revenue, or other business outcomes.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide requested outputs. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; submit malware or unlawfully obtained data; probe or bypass security or usage limits; interfere with other users; scrape or resell the Service except with written permission; impersonate others; or generate deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, usage limits, and included features are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Payments and subscription administration are processed by Creem. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through available account or payment-management controls.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Taxes may be calculated or collected based on your location and the applicable payment arrangement.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal personal or business purposes.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure, authentication, payment, website, and AI providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Availability and termination

We aim to operate a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or remain unpaid. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Geo Agent for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to support@getgeoagent.com.
