Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information. We collect your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and account identifiers when you create or access an account.

Google user data. If you sign in with Google, we request only the basic identity scopes needed for authentication: your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google services.

Workspace content. We process the website URLs, product information, prompts, competitors, instructions, and other content you submit, together with reports and recommendations generated by the Service.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Creem. We may receive transaction, customer, product, subscription, and payment-status identifiers, but we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Technical information. We may collect IP address, device and browser information, cookies, session data, request logs, error logs, and basic usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize the Service, run requested analyses, generate reports, maintain subscriptions and quotas, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, communicate service-related notices, and comply with legal obligations.

Google user data is used only to create or match your Geo Agent account, maintain your signed-in session, display your profile information, and secure account access. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

3. AI processing and service providers

To provide the Service, submitted workspace content may be sent to infrastructure, database, authentication, payment, analytics, website-fetching, and AI model providers acting on our behalf. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Creem, GitHub, Google, and configured AI gateway or model providers. We share only information reasonably necessary for each provider to perform its function.

Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information that is not necessary for an analysis.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies to authenticate your account, maintain sessions, remember language preferences, protect against fraud, and keep the Service functioning. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using protected features.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal requirements, and maintain security records. Retention periods may vary by data type and backup cycle.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to document transactions and prior requests.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data. You may revoke Geo Agent's Google access from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops future Google sign-in but does not automatically delete your Geo Agent account; contact us to request deletion.

7. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, signed sessions, and managed infrastructure. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes and contact
